Cancellation Policy

At FunReplace, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and modifications below.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Within 24 Hours: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. No cancellation fees will apply.

After 24 Hours (But Not Shipped): If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still request a cancellation by contacting our support team. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, please wait for the delivery and follow our [Return & Refund Policy] to initiate a return.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or product model, please contact us at support@funreplace.com immediately. We will do our best to modify your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.

4. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the transaction in your account.
