1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

United States,Canada.

Asia

Available regions:
Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.

Europe

Available regions:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Oceania

Available regions:
Australia, New Zealand.

The above are the countries to which we currently ship; we are also working to add other countries.

 

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in China.

 

3. Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same or next business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days  Monday to Friday .

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

 

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at support@funreplace.com.

If your package is confirmed lost, we will provide either:

a replacement, or a full refund.
