1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for both:
- defective products.
- non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in new condition only.
- unused and undamaged.
- returned with original packaging, if applicable.
- accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
3. Exchanges
We also accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can assist you with the process.
4. Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail.

5. Return Shipping Cost
Non-Defective Returns
For returns or exchanges that are not related to product quality issues, a return shipping fee of USD $9.90 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged for the exchange process.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a free return label or cover the return shipping cost.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
